jetbuzz Terms and Conditions

jetbuzz is an online gaming and sports betting platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between jetbuzz and all registered members of the platform. By opening an account on jetbuzz or using any of its services, you give your full consent to these Terms.

These Terms are available in both English and Bengali. In the event of any interpretive conflict, the Bengali version shall take precedence.

These Terms apply when you use the service through: (a) the website browser version, (b) the Android APK or iOS app, and (c) any mobile or desktop version launched in the future.

To open an account on jetbuzz, you must provide accurate and complete information. The following details are required at registration:

• Full name (as shown on your national ID or passport)
• Active mobile number
• Valid email address
• Date of birth (actual)
• A password of your choice

Each person may open only one account. Opening multiple accounts under the same name or from the same device is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, all associated accounts will be suspended or closed and funds may be forfeited.

2.1 Account Ownership

Your jetbuzz account is entirely personal. Transferring, selling, or lending the account to any third party is prohibited. You must play using your own funds — placing bets on behalf of someone else or using another person's money is not permitted.

2.2 Updating Your Information

If any account details change (mobile number, email, etc.), you must notify us immediately. jetbuzz will not be responsible for any delays or difficulties in service caused by incorrect or outdated information.

jetbuzz is operated for individuals aged 21 and above only. At registration, you are required to declare that you are at least 21 years old.

jetbuzz may verify your identity at any time. Any one of the following documents may be requested:

• National Identity Card (NID)
• Passport
• Driving Licence
• Birth Registration Certificate (as a supporting document)

Withdrawals may be held until the verification process is complete. If verification shows that a user is under 21 years of age, the account will be permanently closed and all bets will be declared void.

4.1 Secure Password

Your password must be at least eight characters long and should include uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters. Avoid easily guessable passwords such as your date of birth or phone number.

4.2 Unauthorised Access

If you notice any unauthorised access or suspicious activity on your account, contact the jetbuzz support team immediately. The support team is available 24/7 via live chat and email in both Bengali and English.

If any loss occurs as a result of unauthorised access to your account and the user's negligence or carelessness is established, jetbuzz will not bear responsibility for that loss.

4.3 OTP Verification

For security purposes, certain actions (such as withdrawals and password changes) may require OTP verification. This OTP will be sent only to your registered mobile number — do not share it with anyone under any circumstances.

jetbuzz supports financial transactions through the mobile banking methods commonly used in Bangladesh.

5.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

Accepted deposit methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and other major commercial banks). The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 — this applies to every method.

5.2 Withdrawal Methods and Limits

The same methods can be used for withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are normally completed within 10 to 45 minutes.

5.3 Transaction Verification

For large withdrawal amounts, jetbuzz may take additional verification steps. Payment may be held until this verification process is complete. The user must provide the required documents in a timely manner.

5.4 Currency

All transactions on jetbuzz are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Transactions in any foreign currency are not permitted.

jetbuzz offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. Each offer has its own terms, which are clearly stated alongside the offer.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New members are eligible for a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 adds ৳1,500 in bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,500. To withdraw bonus funds, the wagering requirement must be met — you must wager 20 times the bonus amount. In the example above, that means ৳1,500 × 20 = ৳30,000 in wagering is required.

6.2 Bonus Usage Terms

• Bonuses may only be used on designated games.
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is completed.
• Bonuses have a limited validity period — if not used within the specified time, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless an exception is stated in the offer.

6.3 VIP Weekly Cashback

The jetbuzz VIP programme has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Each tier receives cashback on the weekly net loss. Bronze tier receives up to 0.5%, Silver tier up to 1.0%, and Gold tier up to 1.5% cashback. Example: if a Silver member's net loss in one week is ৳20,000, they receive ৳20,000 × 1.0% = ৳200 cashback. Cashback is credited directly to the account with no wagering requirement.

7.1 Betting Rules

Each game has its own minimum and maximum bet limits, which are shown in the game's interface. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

7.2 Game Results

All game results are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) or through a live dealer. If a game is interrupted due to a technical fault, jetbuzz reserves the right to cancel that round and refund the bet amount.

7.3 Sports Betting

In sports betting, bet outcomes are determined based on the official result from the relevant match venue. If a match is abandoned or postponed, the bet amount is generally refunded, though the rules for specific markets may differ.

7.4 Display Errors

If an obvious technical error appears in the odds, payout, or multiplier displayed on a game's page, jetbuzz reserves the right to cancel any winnings paid based on that error.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jetbuzz:

• Attempting to gain unfair advantage through fraud, deception, or any other form of misconduct.
• Using software, bots, auto-clickers, or any other automated method.
• Colluding with other players to influence game outcomes.
• Deliberately exploiting technical faults or bugs.
• Making deposits using funds from illegal sources.
• Harassing other users on the platform or sending harmful messages.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to jetbuzz's servers or network.

If evidence of any of the above activities is found, the account will be closed immediately, all balances may be forfeited, and legal action will be taken if necessary.

The jetbuzz platform operates on an "as is" basis. jetbuzz will not bear responsibility for any loss in the following situations:

• A game being interrupted mid-way due to internet disconnection or network issues.
• Hardware or software problems with your device.
• Delays or failures by third-party payment gateways.
• Unexpected technical failures or service unavailability during maintenance.
• Account details being exposed due to the user's own carelessness.

In all cases, jetbuzz's maximum liability will not exceed the total deposit amount related to that specific incident.

10.1 Closure at the User's Request

You may close your jetbuzz account at any time. Contact the support team and the process will be completed. Please ensure all pending withdrawals are processed before closing your account.

10.2 Suspension or Closure by jetbuzz

jetbuzz may suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following situations:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Suspicion of fraud or deception.
• Failure to complete identity verification.
• Extended inactivity (no transactions for more than 360 days).
• Based on the user's own responsible gaming request.

10.3 After Account Closure

If there is no basis for forfeiting funds after account closure, arrangements will be made to return the balance. However, any bonus-related funds where the wagering requirement has not been met will not be returned.
